🔋 Fast battery drain
The battery is nearing the end of its life – replace it with a new one.
🔗 Controller does not communicate with the collar
Try to pair the device again.
🧭 Inaccurate dog direction indication
Check the compass calibration quality. If the quality is poor or none, perform calibration.
⚠️ Device does not respond to button presses
Perform a RESET by holding both left buttons (MENU + ⏻) on the controller for about 10 seconds. The device will restart.
If there is still no visible response after 10 seconds, unscrew the battery cover and disconnect the battery for about 1 minute. Then reconnect and turn the device on.
SD card icon is flashing in the status bar
The SD card is not inserted or is damaged. See the instructions for replacing the SD card.
