Troubleshooting

🔋 Fast battery drain
The battery is nearing the end of its life – replace it with a new one.

🔗 Controller does not communicate with the collar
Try to pair the device again.

🧭 Inaccurate dog direction indication
Check the compass calibration quality. If the quality is poor or none, perform calibration.

⚠️ Device does not respond to button presses
Perform a RESET by holding both left buttons (MENU + ⏻) on the controller for about 10 seconds. The device will restart. If there is still no visible response after 10 seconds, unscrew the battery cover and disconnect the battery for about 1 minute. Then reconnect and turn the device on.

2 SD card icon is flashing in the status bar
The SD card is not inserted or is damaged. See the instructions for replacing the SD card.
